Below are 3 forthcoming VU lectures which have one or two spaces left. These are advertised for Years 12 & 13 but, if you feel these would be suitable for your Gifted & Talented Key Stage 4 students, they will also be very welcome. Each session will encourage students to discuss their ideas with eminent people in their respective fields and give the opportunity for students to consider and ask questions about university study. Please let me know which session/s are of interest and I will reserve your place. There is no charge to schools for these videoconferences.

As you may know Virtually University sets up videoconferences between schools and universities around the country which are designed to inform and inspire young people's choices of Higher Education. We are currently planning an English Language/English Literature session with The University of Liverpool for Year 12 students and they are very keen to work with inner city schools. These schools can be anywhere in the UK and the session, which will combine skills and subject development, will be devised based on conversations with interested schools.
