Operational Hours

Monday to Friday: 08:00–18:00 (After hours support on request)

Additional cover may be provided out of hours on request.

You can schedule and participate in videoconferences 24/7, 365 days a year. Operational support is provided during the hours stated above, excluding New Year's Day, 2nd January, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Although videoconferences may be booked 24/7, 365 days a year, operational cover is only provided during the times stated above.

The Vscene Management Centre does not accept any liability in the event of a conference failing for whatever reason.
