This feature is to ensure that no other users book the venue when it is being used for a nonvideoconferencing purpose. Each venueonly booking request consists of the same three stages as in section 2. For the first stage, the purpose of the conference is preselected as ‘Venue only’. For the second stage, Add Guest is not available as an option. Note: Book venue only should not be used when a venue will be involved in a pointtopoint videoconference, not using central MCU resources.
