The Babraham Institute in Cambridge recently set up a SIP Trunk connection with Gamma, using a Mitel IPT solution. They had a very simple setup with a private addressed VLAN internally for the phones and a Mitel Border Gateway server to handle the incoming and outgoing traffic. The Gateway was in a DMZ network. All the traffic traversed the firewall and was not being blocked. With everything connected up, they were still having problems in getting the Mitel Border Gateway to interoperate with the Gamma Border controller.
In order to use services through Jisc Community you need to associate your Community account profile with the particular organisation(s) you want to use the service on behalf of.  You can do this by logging in to your Community account and then clicking on the drop down box in the top right of every Community page as shown below: Once you have added organisation(s) to your profile you can set which one you want to act on behalf of through this drop down menu at any time.

Through the Certificate Service portal, organisations can manage their list of Authorised Users. Designated Management Contacts (MC) are now responsible for managing, and keeping up to date, the list of users authorised to request and obtain SSL certificates on behalf of their organisation. Every member of the JCS service will have at least one designated Management Contact, who can add, delete or delegate other verified users to MC status users within their organisation's JCS account.
To view all certificate credit bundles purchased by your organisations, click on the down-arrow next to the 'JCS Account' tab, and select 'View Purchases', as shown below.
