Members will receive a renewal notice one month prior to the renewal date of any domains associated with their account. The renewal notice must be returned, indicating whether the domains listed are to be renewed. If a domain is to be renewed, the charge will be added to the appropriate monthly invoice. However, should the renewal notice not be returned by the specified date, it will be deemed that the name is no longer required and so the name will be removed from the DNS with immediate effect. The renewal notices will be sent out electronically, therefore it is imperative that members ensure that Jisc has up-to-date contact details for their organisation.
