Virtually University free session - What is Management?

19 September 2013 at 2:24pm

Our first videoconference this term from The University of Bristol will take place on 30th November at 11.30 am and will be ideal for students considering studying Management or related degrees.

http://www.virtuallyuniversity.org.uk/Autumn1210.html

Universities tend to find that students beginning Management degrees are unclear about what it is they have signed up for, often confusing the subject with Business Studies and not understanding it as a social science. John McCormack will present 'What is Management?' which is a first year introductory lecture designed to dispel this confusion. This is an ideal opportunity for Year 12 and 13 students to gain an understanding earlier than many.

The session is free to all schools and colleges.

Please let me know if you would like a group of your students to attend.

Best wishes, Rob
