Videoconferencing from Down Under!

Fizzics Education has been a leading Australian science education outreach provider since 2004. Reaching 70,000 students per year via video conference and school incursion their interactive science workshops aim to engage, inform and inspire students whilst adhering to the curriculum needs of the classroom teacher. Critically each workshop involves your students getting to run experiments live during the conference – they send you a list of inexpensive materials to pick up at the local shops prior to the day. There are also pre-workshop and post-workshop lessons to run plus >100 free science experiments on their website to support STEM in your school!

Earlier this year Belvidere School in Shropshire took part in a session. Click on the link to see what they thought of it.

If your school participates in any of the sessions below and you'd like to provide feedback for other users, please send it to Phyllis Callinan at vtas@ja.net
