Apart from losing all my favourites after Janet changed the console I am having major issues trying to re-connect with one of my previous contacts. I don't seem to be able to click on a previous conference and re-schedule it or does this only work for successful connections. Also, when I enter the details of a new contact I don't get the option to add to my favourites so have to keep copying and pasting their details into the guest box. Nice Gucchi interface but it has totally screwed my video conferencing :-(
Hi James, sorry to hear you're not as happy with our new interface as most of our users.
It is true that the connection details of a session held on the old system, are not available in Vscene to create a repeat meeting. It is also true that the system has not been designed to accept guests as favourites, although we may look at this as a feature enhancement, it has not been requested before by other users.
Any conference booked on Vscene can be found in your "my videoconferences" and can be repeated by clicking on the "Repeat" button, bottom right of the page showing the details of that booking. So you should only have to add your guests details once.

This always presumes that we have had a successful connection - this seems to be eluding the school at present!
