Question: Problem with Polycom HDX9004
I used Polycom HDX 9004 with software newest Release - 3.1, and I don't know why in Monitor 2 not display option: Monitor 1 image as in HDX'guide ver 3.1. And how can I display Monitor 1 image in Monitor 2'Polycom HDX 9004

We suggest you contact your equipment supplier or Polycom technical support in your area as this is equipment specific and not a service issue we can readily assist with.
If you you the web interface to log in to your codec try going to > admin settings >Monitors. You should then see options for monitor 1 and monitor 2. For each monitor you can check the boxes you wish to display in each monitor.
The options it gives are:
Display Near Video:
Display Far Video:
Display Content:
Dual Monitor Emulation:
As you are on the latest version of the software the dual monitor option is included in the licencing for this version so this should not be an issue.
The above may be of use, however as Paul suggested, this is really something that you may need to raise with your supplier or take further with Polycom.
