Question: Office365 / Outlook 2010 Issues

We are having issues where users experience slowness and freezing of Outlook whilst accessing outlook.office365.com, we have eliminated networking issues as being the problem.

This effects random users across the institute, but appears to follow users between different sites on different devices, the issues occur when opening emails and also when flipping between the Mail and Calendar(s) tabs

We have reviewed the Microsoft links below but to no avail;

Also potential outlook updates recommended from Microsoft support, and running Service Health checks from the Office 365 management portal.

Also with have looked at Outlook Cache Modes, Outlook Add-ons / Updates, McAfee scanning.

Any ideas appreciated.
