Rolly already asked about badges. Rob pointed him to this post below, they seem to be assigned according to your group, but not sure why some aren't showing as JE when they are Janet employees..
James your absolutely right, badges can only be added by the site administrators aka the web team. We have not yet got round to giving every Janet employee their badge yet. will get on this soon!

The badges are assigned by the Janet website moderator.
They are added by the web team, I don't think that moderators can add badges.
