I would be grateful if someone could point out how to move a document down a level (or up) within the Library. Also how do I delete duplicate documents?
To move a library page around the Library you need to go to the page in question and click on the Edit tab. If you scroll to the bottom of the page you will see the "Book outline" section. In here you can select the "Book" you wish your library page to be in from a drop-down list. Underneath this you will see the "Parent item" drop-down list too, which allows you to specify the particular page that your page should sit underneath. You will also see the "Weight" drop-down list, which allows you to control the ordering of pages at a specific level - the lower the weight, the higher the page will sit in the list.
In order to delete a page you also need to go to that page and click the "Edit" tab. If you scroll right to the bottom you will see three buttons: "Save", "View Changes", and "Delete". Just click on Delete.
