eduroam(UK) Support portal - Accessibility Improvement Roadmap
There exists a problem in zooming beyond 130% without the text spilling outside the viewing panels or off the screen. We will investigate this and determine if it will be possible to improve on the zoom capability.
There exists a problem that our pages are difficult to navigate using a keyboard without a mouse/tracker pad. We will investigate this and determine if it will be possible to improve on the keyboard only navigability.
There exists a problem that it is not possible for users to change text size without some of the content overlapping. We will investigate this and determine if it will be possible to improve on text resizability.
There exists a failure for WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.3.1 - Info and relationships. This relates to the site layout design. We plan to fix the above issue by December 2020. We will make sure that we meet the accessibility standards.
There exists a failure for WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.4.6 - Contrast enhanced. This relates to button controls in a disabled state. We plan to fix the above issue by December 2020. We will make sure that we meet the accessibility standards.
There exists a failure for WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.3.4 - Orientation. This relates to the site layout design. We plan to fix the above issue by December 2020. We will make sure that we meet the accessibility standards.
There exists a failure for WCAC 2.1 success criterion 2.4.7 - Focus Visible. This relates to the User Settings pop-up present on every page. We plan to fix the issue by December 2020. We will make sure that we meet the accessibility standards.
