That snagging feeling

Well, it's been some time since I wrote on this blog so I thought I'd give you a little update on where we are.  The engineering guys have been working hard across the country to roll-out of the core of Janet6.  W/C 20 May commissioning of this part of the network was completed and they are now going through a process called 'snagging' which involves labelling the fibres correctly, installing/replacing patch leads etc.  I can't say I understand all of this process, but what I do know is that we are very close to going fully live with the core network and that's when things really start to happen.  I'll hopefully be able to update you in the coming days with the big announcement, so watch this space......
