This one hour research support strategy briefing will cover the following areas:
* Understanding network-requirements within major research disciplines, including patterns of use
* Janet services and infrastructures supporting research
* Support for network research and testbeds and associated Janet services and infrastructures
* Janet's role in the e-Infrastructure environment
* Supporting knowledge and experience regarding high-throughput data-transfer over networks.
Dr David Salmon will present on the above topics, followed by a 30 minute Q&A session.
