Until a replacement network infrastructure is procured and deployed by Janet, day-to-day operation of the IP network will remain with Alcatel-Lucent. You should continue to report faults to the Alcatel-Lucent service desk on Tel: 01793 775 630 or email janetgnoc@alcatel‐lucent.com. If you received a post-transition letter from Janet, please note that the Alcatel-Lucent service desk email address included in the letter must be typed into email address box.
