Want to exhibit at the VC User Group Event?

This year, we intend to host the event at the wonderful National Space Centre, Leicester on the 27 November 2012 (http://www.spacecentre.co.uk/). Now in it's 5th year, the event is aimed at HE, FE and schools and includes an award ceremony to celebrate the innovative and collaborative uses of videoconferencing.

We have space for 8 exhibitors at this years event and we would like to offer you the opportunity to have an exhibition stand, at a low cost. This event will give you a unique opportunity to speak to delegates who use videoconferencing to support the curriculum.

Exhibitors will be entitled to :
·         Attendance at the conference, lunch and refreshments for 1 delegate.
·         A listing in the conference brochure.
·         A space in the exhibition area with a 6ft table and two chairs.
·         Access to power.
·         Wired or wireless network connectivity to the stands (please let us know which you would prefer).

There are other opportunities to sponsor lunch or the awards on the day. Both come with the chance to personally invite the delegates into the exhibition.
