Some existing documents are sufficiently general that the library would be a better location rather than a specific group. How would one go about adding something to the library?

If you go to the create content menu you will see that you now have the ability to add library pages.

Library pages are only available to janet employees, i have given you access to this now. If you had registered using UK Federation (available to all janet staff) you would have been issued with this functionality automatically.
