This community group is created for networking staff to discuss issues and problems related to network connectivity between their UK campus and overseas campus.
The Routing & Switching Framework ended on 30 Sept 2019 and no further requests for quotes may be placed using this framework.

This is the High Throughput special interest group on line group. Network performance problems may cause issues to scientists and network operators alike. Throughput problems can be caused by many factors - including infrastructure, hosts, applications. Researchers that encounter network problems sometimes can use this resource to facilitate troubleshooting, tuning and get general advice from the community.
Several universities have approached Jisc over the past year regarding the potential for sending broadcast content between a university and a national broadcaster.
This group is for all those who are interested in this area, and are likely to or have already started sending content to broadcasters.
