Hands on Security Testing (Live Online Course)

The 'Hands on Security Testing' live online learning course covers the basics of Security Testing, from port scanning using the freely available nmap tool, through to vulnerability exploitation using the metasploit tool. This course takes place over six sessions and involves some assignments. 

 

The course focuses primarily on Infrastructure based security testing and does not cover web based application testing; therefore is suitable for those who are working in or responsible for an infrastructure area of business. The course is at a level that is suitable for those with little previous experience of Security Testing, but also includes some more technical information for delegates who would like to know some more about nmap options and metasploit usage.
