The main aim of the course is to enabling organisations and staff to work lawfully, protect user privacy and run a professional system/network/service. This course provides an introduction to the privacy and legal issues most likely to arise where staff in educational organisations have elevated access permissions for shared networks, computers and applications, and the need for organisations to have, and staff to follow, policies and processes that take account of these.
