Reprocurement of the Janet South network

Reprocurement of the Janet South network is in progress. A Statement of Requirements for a core network and access circuits was issued to suppliers on the Janet Telecoms Framework on 21st November 2012. Responses are to be received by 18th January 2013 and a contract is expected to be placed with one supplier by 22nd February. The new network is expected to be ready for handover in October 2013 and customers will be migrated by March 2014. Progress updates for the reprocurement will be posted on this site and Janet will contact you directly to arrange your migration closer to the date.
