Welcome to the Janet group for customers in the Southeast, including Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and Kent.  It is intended to provide region specific information to Janet customers, including localised news and events.

Janet South - Reporting service faults

Until a replacement network infrastructure is procured and deployed by Janet, day-to-day operation of the IP network will remain with Alcatel-Lucent. You should continue to report faults to the Alcatel-Lucent service desk on Tel: 01793 775 630 or email janetgnoc@alcatellucent.com. If you received a post-transition letter from Janet, please note that the Alcatel-Lucent service desk email address included in the letter must be typed into  email address box.
