The Janet London infrastructure procurement process is nearing completion and the contract has been awarded to Virgin Media Business. As this is a change from the current provider, there will be a programme of delivery and then migration to the new infrastructure.
We are in the process of writing to all customers in the region regarding their individual connections but, in order to keep you informed of the next steps and give you an opportunity to ask questions, we are running an event on 4 November 2013 at University of London, Senate House, Malet Street, London.
The LMN IT Board have arranged a free Security Seminar for London universities and colleges. The seminar is on 13 November at Chandos House, London. Further details can be found at http://www.lmn.net.uk/events/2013-11-13/securityevent.html

Virgin Media are continuing to make arrangements with customers in the region to undertake site survey's. Workflows relating to the connections on order have been created and you should have been contacted by the circuits provisioning team with regards to the completion of paperwork.
