File Sync and Share
Please be aware that this service ended on 10 July 2016 and is now closed to new purchases. Any agreements that were set up under the framework prior to the expiry date, will continue until their agreed end date.
We’re currently gathering requirements for a replacement service that reflects users’ changing requirements: Secure File Sync & Collaboration service
It would be really helpful if you could let us know what aspects of the previous File Sync & Share service were unappealing and may have stopped you from using the service. Any type of feedback about the previous service would help to inform the procurement of the new service.

There were more than two responses orginally, however not all of them met our requirements at this time. With the dynamic purchasing system, suppliers can join at any point during the lifetime of the framework.
In the short term, there is currently only two suppliers.

This is where I am trying to access it from but when clicking on the link to download the buyers guide it doesn't work. I don't seem to have trouble with accessing other JANET buyers guides.

Could I ask how many suppliers we are expecting to see here in the short term? Were there only the two responses?

You should be able to download the guide from there.
In the File Sync and Share community group, this has it's own buyers guide.
