File Sync and Share Please be aware that this service ended on 10 July 2016 and is now closed to new purchases. Any agreements that were set up under the framework prior to the expiry date, will continue until their agreed end date. We’re currently gathering requirements for a replacement service that reflects users’ changing requirements: Secure File Sync & Collaboration service It would be really helpful if you could let us know what aspects of the previous File Sync & Share service were unappealing and may have stopped you from using the service. Possible future suppliers?

Dear Jigisha,

Good news to see to another supplier on board in the form of Q Associates. Is there likely to be anymore in the future? Particularly those that offer encryption before going off to the cloud like Wuala?

Dear Mally, 

Thank you for your question. With the DPS, suppliers can join at any point during the life of the service.  

Any suppliers including Wuala that offer encryption, would need to meet Janet's requirement to join the DPS, but they and any other suppliers can request to join the DPS.
