eduroam(UK) Support is running a series of live online interactive eduroam help clinics which are designed to give you the opportunity to ask questions and get answers, to provide feedback on any areas that are problematic and to share your 'eduroam journey' and ideas with other member organisations.

The clinic is for all eduroam sys admins, systems engineers interested in deploying eduroam or those in the process of implementing eduroam at your organisation. Or perhaps, you are supporting an eduroam service on your site and need further guidance.

The tech support team will all be on hand to provide answers, and we have private 'breakout rooms' where problems can be discussed in more detail, providing an alternative to the usual route of e-mailing tech support requests to JSD.

To get the clinic off to a lively start we will occasionally have a guest speaker to lead a 10 minute talk on a particular topic. So come along and maybe get some ideas for tweaking your eduroam service or do things in a better way.

The next clinic will be open from 10.45am-12:00 Tuesday January 27th. It will be run in Adobe Connect and in order to access the session you will require a web browser running Adobe Flash 10 or later, an integrated headset and mic or headphones and a built in microphone. Adobe Connect enables interaction by keyboard chat and screen sharing as well as by audio.

Questions might include:
- How do I use the eduroam test facilities?
- What's a NAPTR record and why do I want one?
- I'm sending Operator-Name, why does your website say that I'm not?
- What are the effects of incorrect shared secrets between NAS and AAA servers?
- When can I have an eduroam SP conformance monitoring tool device (probe)?1
- How do I do username format validation before proxying to the NRPS?
